Territory House

Hector Jimenez, owner of real estate investment company Central Barrio development has been a long term client, and he and his team have been a joy to work with. We have collaborated with them on multiple projects with our work spanning from branding, sign painting, murals and interior decoration for their Airbnb properties.

Territory was one of their biggest and most beautiful properties, and we had a wonderful time designing the interiors and building custom made pieces featured throughout the property.

Living Room

It's a grand space, this one. We wanted this living room to set the tone for the entire house. It contains bold elements- a cow skull over the fireplace sourced from a local antique store and painted, a cholla skeleton that we drove 40 miles into the desert to find, a glass top table with a laser cut scrabble board, a bar for entertaining, a genuine leather couch, and sexy swivel chairs which face the fireplace, then rotate to enjoy the giant tv.

We wanted to create a space that either two people who sought expanse or an entire family would enjoy. Board games, cocktails, comfort, and entertainment.

The Den

Consider this converted closet the brain of Territory House.

The Left Brain - reasons and communicates.

The Right Brain- imagines and emotes.

Exercise either one. Switch as you please.

Side note - The palms on the wall paper take another form in the attached primary bedroom of this luxurious space.

Bedrooms

Just the view out the window is enough. But we do interiors.

So we wanted to create spaces fit to soak in the serenity that surrounds this property.

Meditation bench. Local art. Comfy bedding and gorgeous custom headboards. Our personal favorites are the art installations we built to go over the beds. In the queen bedrooms we sourced beautiful dry flowers and with a mini drill bit, super glue and some elbow grease created this elegant piece that just adds that little extra attention to detail to beautify the space. In the primary bedroom, we carried over the palm theme by using palms shipped from the Bahamas to create a natural, whispy element as the focal point of the room.
