Oro Valley 50th Anniversary Murals

Three years after painting our first mural at James D. Kriegh Park, we were honored to be invited back—this time to help celebrate Oro Valley’s 50th anniversary.

This series of murals spans three walls, each with its own story. One highlights the natural beauty of the area, featuring blooming desert flora, saguaros, hummingbirds, and the iconic mountain skyline. Another commemorates the town’s 50-year milestone. And the longest wall? A visual timeline of Oro Valley’s history, complete with QR codes that let visitors scan and dive deeper into each chapter.

It was incredibly meaningful to return to a space we already felt connected to, and to help the community reflect on its past, present, and future through art.
